Designed and make as a part of a student installation. 'K' explores the capital K letterform in 3D space, inspired by the colloquial connotations of the letter, as well as the more traditional shape of the letterform. It was produced out of black and white foam board and prototyped in cardboard.

K, Aa–Z! : a typographic installation

For this project, students were challenged to work with concrete as a structural system. This report considers the appropriate sizes and spans of structural members for the gravity structure and for the lateral load bearing structure that resists seismic and wind forces.
